Dear Valued Customers,
I’m writing to address the recent service disruptions you may have experienced due to major outages at AWS and Cloudflare—two of the internet’s most critical infrastructure providers.
What Happened
In October and November 2025, both AWS and Cloudflare experienced significant outages that affected services across the internet. You can read more about these incidents here:
- The Reason Behind the AWS Outage in (Oct 2025)
- Cloudflare Outage Causes Widespread Internet Disruptions (Nov 2025)
The good news: downtime was minimal for Easy Cloud customers. Our infrastructure redundancy worked as designed—for our larger customers, we maintain daily server snapshots plus simultaneous website backups across both AWS and Google Cloud, ensuring your data and services remain protected even during major provider outages.
How You Can Help
If you’ve been satisfied with our service and our commitment to keeping your systems running smoothly, we’d be grateful if you’d consider:

Looking Ahead
I want to be transparent with you: our vendors—including Google Workspace, AWS, and others—have been steadily raising their prices. In the 15 years Easy Cloud has been serving customers, we’ve only raised our prices once.
We may need to adjust pricing in some cases moving forward, but we’re committed to keeping our rates as competitive as possible while maintaining the high level of service you’ve come to expect.
Thank you for your continued trust in Easy Cloud.
Ray Choi
