Hope you are all well.
I just wanted to thank you for being a loyal customer, some since the very beginning when I started the company in 2010. Has it already been 12 years? Time is indeed flying by!
For those who have trusted us to host and manage your website or application, we at Easy Cloud are proud of two facts.
First, we are proud of the fact that we have experienced 99.99% uptime for the past 12 years—that is less than 1 hour of downtime per year, year after year for over a decade. I can’t remember the last time we had any significant downtime on any server in our fleet.
Second, we are proud of the fact that we have not raised our rates for any of our customers in many years despite the steady rise in inflation, especially here in California. That is how much we value you as a customer.
Most of you are unaware that we canceled all services at two of our hosting providers (WP Engine and Inmotion Hosting) and migrated our entire infrastructure to Cloudflare and Amazon Web Services (AWS) during the summer. If you didn’t notice, then we did our job to make this migration seamless while causing zero disruption for your business.
Although our costs are higher now that we are running everything through Cloudflare and AWS, we still have managed to keep our rates constant and you as the customer benefit from having your site or app running on the most cutting edge cloud technologies and platforms in the world. As always, performance and security remain our chief concerns.
